BOYS BUNCH |
A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE BOYS BUNCH Founded over four decades ago in Honolulu, Hawaii, The Boys Bunch began as a casual gathering of accomplished men who valued friendship, fun, and meaningful business and interpersonal connections. What started as a small group sharing drinks and laughter quickly grew into a tight-knit network of leaders from every walk of life — including lawyers, judges, doctors, entrepreneurs, military servicemen, artists, realtors, business owners, and more. Rooted in tradition, camaraderie, and a spirit of generosity, The Boys Bunch evolved into more than just a social club. As a recognized nonprofit organization, the group has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities such as Make-A-Wish and the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii — giving back to the community that shaped them. Known for its legendary Tuesday night gatherings, signature events (including its April Foolish Fundraising Parties for Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii) and its unique culture built on respect and shared wisdom, The Boys Bunch continues to thrive. Now stepping into a bold new chapter, the club recently made history by welcoming its first and only female member ushering in a new era of connection, purpose, and progress. The story of The Boys Bunch is still being written — and it’s one of friendship, service, and a life well-lived among extraordinary people. Upcoming events
| How to Join the Boys Bunch... Becoming a member of the Boys Bunch is an honor — and not everyone makes the cut. We are a unique and selective group of accomplished men (and one legendary woman) who value loyalty, integrity, and the power of genuine connection. If you think you have what it takes, the first step is simple: Join us any Tuesday night from 5:30 to 8:30 PM at Mai Tai’s in Ala Moana. Show up, introduce yourself, and take the time to get to know us — and let us get to know you. We’re not just looking for anyone — we’re looking for the right people. The ones who bring something special to the table. If we believe you're a great fit for the Bunch, an existing member must sponsor you. From there, you’ll submit a short bio, which will be circulated to our group. New member applications are voted on by the Bunch — and if approved, you earn your place in our history. This is more than a club. It’s a legacy. |
